Kramah Software is looking for a HR & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, client handling, and vendor management. This is a work-from-office role based in Bangalore. If you have 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, IT & non-IT recruitment, and operational tasks, we would love to hear from you!

📍 Job Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
• Manage IT recruitment for clients on contract, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

🔹 Client Handling & Sales Support

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for recruitment and contract-based services.
• Handle client queries, discuss hiring requirements, and propose recruitment solutions.
• Track Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and follow up for timely payment collection.

🔹 HR Generalist Activities

• Manage employee leaves, timesheets, and payroll processing.
• Update and maintain employee records in HR CRM systems.
• Oversee employee welfare, attendance tracking, and performance management.
• Take ownership of employee concerns and workplace morale.
• Work on payroll, ESI, PF, and PT compliance.

🔹 Vendor Management & Operational Support

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations.
• Ensure timely processing of POs, invoices, and payments.
• Support HR and administration teams in general office-related activities.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports on HR, recruitment, sales, and operations.
• Update HR CRM and reporting systems in real time.

🔹 General Office Administration

• Maintain office decorum and a professional work environment.
• Ensure punctuality, integrity, and adherence to office policies.
• Address employee concerns and assist in day-to-day office management.

📌 Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years in HR generalist roles, IT & non-IT recruitment, and client handling.
• Skills:
  ✅ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  ✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & HR software/CRM.
  ✅ Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and vendor management.
  ✅ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  ✅ Experience in client handling, proposal preparation, and invoice management.
