We have been interacting with the Kramah Team since January 2022 when we identified them as our provider for an online accreditation management system. We are now nearing completion of deployment of the system across our Institutions and are initiating use of the system for compiling our NAAC AQAR. We reviewed some of the available options for accreditation management and we found that Kramah's product is well suited for an University like ours with multiple constituent colleges. The portal is structured in a way that enables multiple process managers to collaboratively compile, review and validate the data that is required for NAAC documentation. The workflow is well defined. The platform is updated as and when there are changes in the KPIs. The Kramah team is responsive and responsible. During the development and deployment process they have accommodated our requests for changes. The team has provided online training for our team of coordinators during the deployment phase. We have had a hassle-free and satisfying experience with the Kramah team so far and we are confident that they will continue to support us in using the Kramah platform to streamline our NAAC accreditation process.

Software is very helpful in uploading the last 5 years data and documents storage is also made very easy and handy to use it when required, We are able to consolidate all the data and documents of all 7 criterias of NAAC from our different schools to one university portal and are able to present it as on SSR to NAAC using their Al & ML software as service we are able to get the predictive scoring for all quantitative metrics of NAAC. We are easily able to identify the gaps between each criterias. We thank the entire Kramah Software team for building such user-friendly software which can be easily used by all our IQAC members who are able to upload the data and documents into the portal to generate AQAR and SSR reports directly from the software.
