Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven HR executives with 4-5 years of experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and client engagement in a dynamic workplace.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across India and global markets.

The sales head will lead sales growth for Kramah by driving strategy, managing the sales team, and expanding market reach while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential educational institutions, universities, and group institutions through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations for deals, ensuring favorable terms while addressing client concerns and closing contracts effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for new business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and quality teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • A deadline-oriented approach
  • Account Management: Provide ongoing support and relationship management for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in B2B software/enterprise solution sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to government, regulatory bodies, accreditation councils, universities, or enterprise segments is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, digital transformation, process automation, and compliance-driven platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience handling large accounts, tenders, and long sales cycles.

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate PHP Laravel Developers (with 6 months to 2 years of experience) to join our growing product development team at Kramah Software. This is an implementation project, which will be deployed on-site in the client's place, which is the northern part of India, and should be well-versed in the Hindi and English languages. If you're eager to work on real-time AI and ML-powered EdTech products and dashboards that serve global universities and institutions, this is the platform for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP Laravel applications.
  • Contribute to product feature design and dashboard strategies.
  • Work closely with the software and testing teams on full lifecycle product development.
  • Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of PHP & Laravel Framework.
  • Good understanding of MySQL, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Passion for learning and contributing to high-end AI/ML EdTech products.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English Language
